materials or workmanship, return in unused condition in
original carton within 10 days for exchange or credit.
Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product's

lifetime warranties.
Please note that if you don't like our product due to any
reason, they may return it for a refund. Refund will be made
back to the customers original method of payment minus
shipping and 15% restocking fee.
There will be no charge for any errors made on our part. All returns
should obtain prior authorization with our customer service
department. If you receive goods damaged in transit, or
defective, notify us immediately (Please read below for
damaged products)
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the
freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be
sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice
concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the
packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect
the damage and file a claim.
We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship
but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by
the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under
initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.
