Claims must be done within 24 hours after receiving the
shipment.
Buyer pays the freight of any return merchandise. We do NOT
issue UPS call tags.
We will replace defective merchandise only. No refunds. All
product claims must be made within 7 days of shipment being
received. All freight claims must be made within 7 days of
shipping to UPS directly.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped UPS
Ground or USPS at our discretion. Air service is offered at
